JK 18 LG residual current circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as RCBO)is mainly used for indirect contact protection to human body electric shock in AC 50Hz power supply and consumption system of single phase circuit power supply neutral point solid ground with 220V and rated current up to 32A,It's also used to prevent fire due to equipment insulation damage and earth fault current.In addition,its derivative product owns over voltage protection function.
This series residual current circuit breaker owns advantage of small volume,high sensitivity,reliable operation and environmental protection etc.It's widely used to provide electric shock and leakage protection for power consumption equipment like electric water heater,solar water heater,automatic vending machine,water dispenser,refrigerator,washing machine etc,it's an ideal product for user.

Normal Service Condition
1.The altitudal of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
2.Ambient air temperature:
2.1The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40ºC;
2.2 The average value shall not exceed+35ºC within 24hours;
2.3 The ambient air temperatures shall not be less than-5ºC
3.Atmosphere condition:
The relative humidity of atmosphere shall not exceed 50% at highest temperature of +40ºC,and it can be higher at a lower temperature,when the average lowest temperature in the wettest month doesn't exceed 25ºC ae 90%,condensation on product surface due to temperature change must be taken into account.
4.Installation condition:It shall be installed in place where there is no shock vibration and no effect from rain and snow,and the upper connection terminal shall be connected with power supply side while the lower connection terminal shall be connected with load side,where the inclination to vertical surface does not exceed 5º
5.The installtion class is class III.
6.The pollution level is class 2
7.External magnetic field of any direction near the installation place shall not be more than 5 times of earth magnetic field.

The residual current circuit breaker is mainly composed of main switch zero sequence current transformer,leakage release and electronic sub-assembly board etc,all of the parts are installed inside of plastic housing.See the diagram.
When there's electric shock or electric leakage happening,as long as the vector sum of I1 and I2 is not zero,the secondary winding of zero sequence current transformer can send an output signal(inductive voltage),when the leakage current is higher than setting value,the signal can make the controlled silicon on state and leakage release actuate to cut off the power supply and realize protection.
